The Aerobic Center, a non-profit, board-run community fitness facility, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations. Our welcoming gym serves a diverse membership of all ages, with a mix of classic equipment and modern programming—making us a truly unique part of the Greensburg fitness community.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee staff, member services, and daily operations
- Manage budgets, reports, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate fitness equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Create programs for both younger and older members
- Ensure a clean, safe, and positive environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of fitness facility management experience
- Strong knowledge of fitness equipment operations and maintenance
- Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- CPR/AED certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Business and Financial Training
- Building Operational Knowledge
- Exercise Physiology/Personal Training Certifications
- Criminal and Child Abuse Clearances
